Portuguese Water Dogs

Portuguese Water Dogs are our passion and we want to share that with you! This breed is absolutely incredible. Not only are they hypoallergenic, but they have enough energy and stamina to keep up during all your adventures.

Reef’s Island Sun (AKC)

Reef is our big baby. He loves to cuddle up on the couch with us every night and lays by Andrea’s feet under her desk while she works during the day. He absolutely loves car rides and will take advantage or every opportunity to be with us. He likes to play ball and likes to be in the water (as long as it’s not too cold). He is great with kids and adults alike and is loved by everyone he meets.

Roxanne Peterson (ACA)

Roxy is such a fun, outgoing, and very athletic dog. She has a lot of energy, but doesn’t complain when we say it’s time to be done. Being a huge fan of car rides, Roxy loves to be everywhere we are. She is a natural when it comes to being in the water and even herding fish as the breed was designed to do. It is amazing to watch.

Our Family

We are firm believers that dogs are family members. They come with us whenever possible and they love every minute of it. They come camping, fishing, hiking, boating, or on everyday errands. They definitely think every drive-thru should have snacks for them too! (Which I began keeping in the car so they always get one 😆). We have two family members with dog allergies and they have never had an issue with this breed. We feel so lucky to have found them.
